Once I am feeling 8 thru 10, I can do everything else: interact with the world, do my work, drive, shop, socialize, etc. When I am below 8, I can focus more on self-care activities.


Min Time Spent on activity: 20 minutes default.

Max Time Spent: 60 mins default.

Mandatory Activities: Meditate, Journal, Exercise. Shower. Floss + Oral Care. Music. Work on blog. Count my blessings (gratitude lists, lopa). Drink water. Breathe long, slow, and deep. Sleep. Eat.
