Also good as thinking music.
I am checking out this free program for the first time. Doing day one today thru the Chopra app.
Today is a cold shower type of day.
I wanted alertness and energy without drinking coffee specifically since coffee can be difficult for the stomach. I had my normal caffeine drinks, morning treadmill, meditation, and black tea.
And my mind told reminded me about cold showers. As I was reading the Zig Ziglar book, it said winners do what needs to be done. They do what others won’t do.
Ok then! I immediately went into the bathroom and took a cold shower. Done deal.
I feel refreshed, refocused, energized, and alert. Simple.

We meditate everyday because we are winners.
How are we all doing today?
Today is an excellent morning for me. I purposely thought positive thoughts as soon as I woke up.
I think good thoughts on purpose. I feel good on purpose. I do good actions on purpose. Feeling positive is my number one goal as soon as I wake up. Raising my vibration as high as I can. Feeling as good as I can feel. By any means necessary!
Feeling good is quite simple.
I count my blessings. I appreciate the people and things I have. I look for the positive qualities. I remember the good times. I do my affirmations. I listen to energizing good music. I write positive statements. I speak positive statements. I keep a winner’s mindset. I meditate. I drink lot of water. I get caffed up. I move my body. Bang! Done!
I look over my fixed destination. My overall vision that is written down on my notecard. I am the captain of my ship. We have set sail with our crew. I look at my compass to make sure we are headed in the right direction. I take action daily to make sure we are proceeding towards the right destination. Measurable progress in reasonable time, as Jim Rohn taught. I keep my eyes on the prize as soon as I wake up, multiple times during the day, and right before I fall asleep.
Nearly all my energy and focus is on my big time life goals (desires, destination, vision). I am stubborn on vision, flexible on the details, as Jeff Bezos says.
I know where I am headed and I am willing to take detours, shortcuts, the long scenic route, smell the roses, appreciate the scenery, and so on. As long as we are headed towards the right place in the long term.
With that said, let us be thankful for being alive, still breathing, still having a multitude of blessings and good favor, and “press towards the mark.”
Let us do maximum good for maximum beings using all of our gifts, talents, skills, tools, and intelligence.
How we all doin? I am going to spend the next 30 minutes doing this meditation. I need it!
