I discovered a show on Disney Plus called Bluey. It is one of the favorite shows of my little niece – so I saw it while visiting her and the family.
Can I say “best show ever”!
I must still be a preschooler at heart because the show is my favorite show now! It is 7 minutes long and there seems to be 100 episodes or more of them. Super positive cartoon. Funny. Light hearted. Uplifting. High vibrational. Super high vibrational.
It is the story of two young puppy girls, their dad and mom. Australian. The little puppy girls play imaginative games and their loving parents play along. So much fun. And really funny humor for adults too. All positive. All kind. All uplifting. And positive messaging.
Best show ever.
Ok – I just wanted to share that great find with you and now let us think positive, meditate, and exercise (move the body). All for the purpose of feeling positive. And win the day.
Oh, there is this episode of Bluey called Shadowlands. In it, Bluey plays by the rules and one of her friends wants to break the rules, just this one time, to win the game. Later, the friend realizes that having rules makes the game more fun and the victory more sweeter.
So we set up our own rules for what it means to win. Mine is meditate 2x a day minimum, exercise for 20 minimum, and think positive thoughts (affirmations, eft, reframing, focus wheels, making lists of things I am thankful for, pure positive speech, pure positive writing, and pure positive thinking).
These are the rules of the game. My rules. And victory is that much sweeter when I win the day by following the rules!
