My all-time goal as a child was to become fit. I am on track because my habits have become ingrained in me now. I love to exercise. I don’t waste my time on lesser activities.

I love Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Chinese food. I like sushi in the summertime. I love noodles. I no longer eat much Indian food due to the spices. I am a dessert person. I like gulab jamuns as an all-time favorite dessert. Carrot cake!

My goal today is to be more optimistic than yesterday. I will allow Grammarly to check all my words and only post an excellent collection of words. I look forward to doing kettlebell swings today. The plan is to do four sets of 15. Last time we did four groups of 12. I want to write more words.

How are you doing? Thank you for giving me a refreshing rest last night. Please help cleanse the evil thoughts of revenge and grudges from my heart. I don’t care about everything except living a happy life and sharing fun things with people. Let everyone do as they wish. I will focus on myself.

Let us talk about more fun things rather than politics and religion. I woke up today feeling refreshed, and I don’t want to become one of those people who hate! I will let it go.
